You may get there and like the AN speakers better, who knows. Most of their speakers are based on the genius of Peter Snell's designs before he died on the factory floor at 38 yoa of a heart attack. Peter Q uses far more expensive and current parts and cabinets, but the design philosophy is the same. I owned two of Peter Snell's designs, the Type AII and the Type E. The AN's like corner loading like the Snell designs. The Reynaud's are more musically involving and like space around them.
