What are you watching?

Yes,mi am still here. I am writing a book and have a Monday deadline. The wolverine movie is a great coincidence because the book is on Marvel comics. The movie was okay, I liked the train sequence but that's about it. I haven't had the time to see a full movie, so I have been watching Star Trel tng episodes. Can you tell me about the Uninvied movie?

1. Barry, it's great that you are still alive and well!
2. Writing a book? ...Awesome! ...What about Barry?
3. 'The Wolverine' -- No thank you very much.

4. 'The Uninvited' (1944) - It's an older flick, passe, unimaginative (depending on who's looking), and simply from another ghost world.
- Read that particular review; I agree in part with it (by clicking on the picture cover, you know ...), but at the end it's just too outdated and not turning any major wheels in my brain. ...Unless some people can go back in time during that era then the decors and all that jazz might get you into some transcendental/subliminal atmosphere. ...It might work for you; we're all different in our movie DNA's viewing.

Be well, be good. :)

I listened to this last night (and watched it too) ::

And the night before I revisited this ::

* I will probably die watching some cinematography like this and listening to some musical score like that.

They really don’t make movies like this anymore. I just “Mary Poppins” on Blu ray this morning. I totally enjoyed it, everyone was just great.

But I understand the complaints about the TV version of the Sound of Music. You just can’t replace Julie Andrews so easily.

I am anxious to see “Saving Mr. Banks” a new movie about the creation of the Mary Poppins movie,

Hi! I am still on my book project, but I did see an episode of Star Trek the Next Gen last night, "Q Who?" funny and fun. I had wanted to go to the movies today and see "Saving Mr. Banks" but no time, darn it. I make it a point to see the "smaller movies" drama or comedy in the theatre because they really do need our support (and money) to continue.

I revisited this flick last night ::

* That's a great one to revisit (replay value), and that liftoff scene (played at reference level) is something/shaking else!
