It was regarding your review Myles that I was amazed and that I asked couple questions.
But then they deleted my post!!!

I watched that video after my posting and made me cringe, I had sent a email to the manufacture asking specific questions but have yet to date receive a reply back.
They were pretty simple ones, see below
I'm interested in your record cleaner but have some concerns in how your unit works so my prized possessions don't get damaged - many are non replaceable - some very expensive.
1. On numerous occasions when I have purchased new vinyl upon opening have found actual record particles within the sleeve and on the actual record, will likely be some in the grooves also, same record material. How does your machine deal with this? Without damaging my precious record
2. Any dirt or particles on the surface or in the groves how does your machine deal with this without damaging my precious record
3. Is the same water used again and again to clean my next record? or does the water go back through some type of filtration process so uncontaminated water is then used on my next record?
Look forward to your response
Did you read my review and how they tested the machine?
Next, the dirt that is removed is completely "pulverized" so to speak. No there's no filtering but I've never seen any crap in the water and all you do is change the water after a 100 or so LPs depending on whether you're cleaning new, used or a combo of the two. Water costs $2.
1) problem solved for you, because the machine does not have rollers and when it start to run it goes out to the water.
2) like magic, disappears , really , really
3)this one is tricky because I don't see any filter but I think Klaudio manufacturer responded that question before in another forum.

We did a group buy in April. I haven't heard of anyone else having issues. Could have been old stock.

Wow Jon. Well, I stand corrected. Obviously they still have issues. Glad the cable co. is looking after you though. But it is a PITA to send it back.
Yes Nelson is correct. Tim from Klaudio answered Dev's questions in. Thread on WBF.
Hi Myles, I don't recall ever asking publicly only via email to company - please post a copy which you refer to from WBF along with Tim's response. Thx
I would love to speed up the process of cleaning - I have approx. 500 waiting![]()
Hi Myles, thanks for that but no where am I referred to nor did I post - on any forums always posted as dev.
I will read though![]()
Sorry, there was a misunderstanding there.I just meant that Tim had already answered a similar (yours in the general sense) question on WBF.
