If this thread is going to go from Medical to Politics then it may be time for Mike to shut it down.
Agreed. Idiots spreading fake news.

As far as politics goes, unfortunately at this time governments' (not only ours) responses to this pandemic and panic are as much a part of the story as the disease itself. It probably didn't need to be this way.
There is a reason most audio forums have a strict policy against political threads and discussions. This maybe the time to talk about the coronavirus, but this is not the place for it in my opinion. Politics can ruin relationships which is why audio forums try and stay out of politics.
Besides, if I want to know the latest pandemic news I turn on the TV or read news sites on the web. You can get your daily dose of finger pointing, trashing your favorite villain, and keep up on the conspiracy theories. I don’t go to audio forums to keep informed about the coronavirus virus.

^ I’m fine with this.
But don’t say this. I don’t think anyone here spreading the fake news. Apart from the ones who can’t stand the slightest of criticism towards you know who.
You might think there isn’t, but it’s true. That’s why these conversations aren’t appropriate for audio forums.
I would like to keep this thread going, but yes, please, let’s not discuss politics or use those political fingers to point blame. This isn’t the place for playing the blame game or conspiracy theories or whatever. That gets political.
Let’s stick to discussing just the virus, medical, science, etc.

We beat this thing by setting aside our political differences and working together - across states, nations and the globe. That way and only that way.
Just checking the latest reports on the spread in Michigan.
It appears that areas with a more global mobile population are the ones that are being hit earlier, while the more rural counties are virtually virus (reported) free.
Is this similar in your state?
