Hey Paul, what kind of spell did you put on Mike ??
He's lost his mind over Tannoyanic:
Didn't do nothing. I guess he has a good hearing and taste
Truly speaking ..They are really musical speakers with effortless dynamic and usually they don't go together.
I guess Mike just realized that.
So Mike... can you give a little compare & contrast to your Alexias? (Granted, front end vastly different.)

I have no idea really. The Alexia's image better (but Mark said that was his room) and the Raidho's do a lot of things better - like a 3D soundstage you can walk into and speed and more.
But the Tannoy's are efficient, open up options for low powered SET tube amps and they play big oozing musicality.

Now VS Westminster Mike ?![]()
Again we are talking about the Audiophile speakers VS Musical speakersthey all have pros and cons it's just matter of what you like.
As a self confessed Reynaud and Vandersteen fan, I am with Mark and Doug. While accuracy might draw your attention initially it won't keep it for long. Musicality and the ability to "draw you into the music" always wins for me. I have bought and sold at a loss many a speaker that sounded great initially and then got on my nerves later. If the Tannoys do that then all is good and Paul is satisfied.
Are you at home now ???
No thanks to Air Canada - yes. Very late as is their motto (their other motto is terrible customer service with rudeness). I tried to register the domain name - WestJet, WestJet Vacations | Airline Tickets, Seat Sales, Flight Deals - but someone already owns it. Type it in and see where it goes. I laughed my ass off.
