Suncoast Audio welcomes Constellation Audio

As a new member, I would like to extend my congratulations to Mike for picking up the Constellation line. I think they make amazing products.

Coincidentally, this past weekend I added the optional DC filter to my rig, which includes the Revelation Pictor preamp and Taurus Stereo amp. The filter addition has been a revelation, lol. Everything I'm listening to sounds as if I'm listening to it for the first time. Incredibly detailed and pristine sound. From my west coast location, I am definitely a happy camper.

Welcome to AS!

Thank you for the kind words. I am loving the Pictor Preamp with the DC filter. It’s REALLY good. Can’t wait to get the Taurus Monos.

I know the feeling you are going through, as I felt the same while awaiting delivery of my Taurus stereo. I do not think you will be disappointed.

can anyone here comment on how their products compare in price / quality to other brands? I just went to the Constellation website (as I'm looking at Magico's), and it's a bit hard to understand the differences between the ladder of their products. Is this MSB quality we are talking about? Pass Labs? Chime in with your biased opinions! ;-)

Congratulations on the addition of the Constellation Audio line!

Don't forget that they also look good in black...

Ever since I got a totaldac d1-six (and now d1-seven), there was a very sizable gap between my digital and analog systems. Succinctly, vinyl was not remotely competitive, no matter what combination of 12AX7s I rolled into my VAC Master preamp with phono. I debated between trying a new phono cable vs new cartridge vs new phono stage. Cutting to the chase, I have ordered the Constellation Andromeda phono stage, from the Revelation series. My jaw dropped as soon as I heard it. I was hoping it would sound as good as my digital, but I believe that my analog system may now surpass my digital system.

I had quit listening to vinyl. Now I can’t get enough!

I highly recommend the Constellation Andromeda phono stage.

I’ve been enjoying the Pictor Preamp and DC Filter. Joining the lineup this week is:

Great stuff. Looking forward to some videos. some Cowboy Junkies or Bill Frisell's Shenandoah from Good Dog Happy Man if possible. Enjoy your new amps.

Beautiful gear, Mike. Congratulations!!! Can’t wait to listen to a video once they’re broken in.

Best,
Ken

Holy crap!!! They sound amazing, Mike. The sound is so relaxed and musical. The midrange is magical. There is some huge synergy happening there with the M3's. I can't believe they are not even broken in yet. I found the song drew me in emotionally even though I was hearing it through a YouTube video. Very impressive indeed!

Totally awesome Mike! Thanks so much for doing this for me. Sounds absolutely wonderful even over Youtube via my headphones. This is one of my main test tracks that I have been using for many years and have played it through several systems. I think Constellation really have come a long way in recent years. Thanks again and enjoy this wonderful system.
