You can see clearly now the rain is gone?
You can see all obstacles in your way
Gone are the digital clouds that had you blind
Its gonna be a bright bright bright analog day...

Jeff, It was great talking to you today. I was able to see through the analog fog after our lesson. I hope that I didn't keep you from enjoying this sweet room of yours. We'll talk soon...![]()

Jeff is the (vinyl) man!
Doug,
That's the one. :exciting:
Jeff is awesome...love talking to him...wish you guys were local..we could do the barbecue/bull session/round robin and check out our systems ..chat like abunch of girls in HS....LOL
Serious, when I talk to Jeff, I learn something...but he also listens...its not all one way and that just shows his good nature...
It will be interesting to see who gets their new VPI first, you or Mike. :baby: :snicker:
I have a feeling that if we all lived within a few hundred miles from each other not much else would get done. Could you imagine it though... :superbanana:
That's too funny!
By the looks of your avatar Joe, I'd say you're next! :hi:
We talked for over an hour and I think it could have gone on for another five. Jeff is definitely THE MAN for all things analog. We are lucky to have his resources here...:victory:
And I'm lucky he's just 25min away :woot:
It must be a real treat being able to visit his place.
btw... you're next! :snicker::disbelief:
Doug,
I'm next for what!?![]()
For the dark magic of vinyl!
It's a definite my friend.. After Jeff put on the mono recording I was sold on vinyl..
Now just need to work out making room to have one fit in my tiny space![]()
I heard that you were cursing like a sailor when that was playing! Yeah, I think we could all use more room...
Those of us IN vinyl are happy for those about to be IN vinyl...it really is a great experience...I've described it like a good cigar, a fine wine, a high end car...in other words, beyond ordinary..Don't get me wrong, digital music is awesome...but I have never had goosebumps from digital..I HAVE from a killer LP..
Wish I could buy you all a copy of Herb Alpert's Magic Man...not my usual music but the album is one of those that just surrounds you...you can easily imagine yourself at a resort on vacation...
VPI's eh ? Lucky dogs....LOL
Stop it! Turntables are for skeet shooters to launch from.....PULL! Ha!![]()
That's great!!! Is that a candy dish or a hat? LolOnly if they are in the Tanya Tucker goodwill section....LOL
What to do with old scratched records ? Easy, let your wife turn them into ART
