Just turned up the subs above my normal level of use [emoji41].

Which tracks do you use yo give your subs a run for their money?

Here we go:

The sub-bass elements are just unreal.

You need to nail your chair to the floor:

Try this particular song and let me know what you think ;) - Dulce Pontes - Canção do Mar.
Anyhow great music and performer (Dulce Pontes.

Cheers;

Don't use subs for music, but the opening scene of Interstellar will pop the breaker if I don't keep the volume down.

That’s also a nice one. Feels like whole house is shaking...

Most anything from Yello.
Most anything from Crystal Method. Cherry Twist from the Vegas album can blow shit up if not careful.
A couple of albums from Front Line Assembly - Tactical Neural Implant and IED and the remix of Provision/Overkill too.

No treble?

This movie did some damage to a friend's pair of Usher CP-777. They were never designed to go THAT low.

If you like "Canção do mar", I hope you can also like some other Portuguese music that i´m talking here.

Sure i will talk about Dulce Pontes, but i have not done that yet, because there are a lot of singers i should talk about, but first, to be fair, first of all i must mention our queen Amália Rodrigues. But by now, is important to me that you know the Portuguese music is not only about Fado.

The sub-bass elements are just unreal.

About the bass of The Night Rider,
Be afraid, be very afraid… of your neighbors :ninja:

Mark Knopfler: Sailing To Philadelphia, track 8, Prairie Wedding, if you find any of his word unintelligible, get some new subs :D This track has some very well tuned bass running through it on multiple levels if your system can render it

Very nice deep bass lines, like it.

Kodo and Jones are classics, the other ones I have to check out. Great!

For the Mussorgsky Gnomus / Pictures at an Exhibition, try the Jean Guillou version transcribed for organ - if that doesn't light up your subs, very little in the non-soundtrack world will. I could list any number of other organ pieces, of course.

Christopher Nolan OST's are definitely heavy hitters. The depth charge scene in U-571 is also a loud one.
