Sure i will talk about Dulce Pontes, but i have not done that yet, because there are a lot of singers i should talk about, but first, to be fair, first of all i must mention our queen Amália Rodrigues. But by now, is important to me that you know the Portuguese music is not only about Fado.

You need to try KODO giant drums, Mussorgsky Gnomus, James Carter -Nuages, Chris Jones -No sanctuary here, Swing Low, Sweet Chariot - Fairfield 4, with the Human Subwoofer, Peter Buffer 500 nations, Ozone Percussion Group- Jazz Variants, and a few others I cant recall now. LECKER!

For the Mussorgsky Gnomus / Pictures at an Exhibition, try the Jean Guillou version transcribed for organ - if that doesn't light up your subs, very little in the non-soundtrack world will. I could list any number of other organ pieces, of course.
