Addicting.

Casper,

Welcome to Audioshark! How are you liking your Raidho S2 speakers?

Ken

Hello Casper, Denmark are at the pinnacle of loudspeaker design. Welcome. :)

Welcome Casper. I loved visiting Copenhagen in June. Route 66 and the vinyl kaffe are both great small vinyl shops. Lots of live music!

Welcome Casper! I'm in Copenhagen too, also interested in the Raidho, and with an amplifier that works well with them. Let's hang out!

Hi Ken,

I think they are great. There is not a lot of info nor reviews of them online for some reason! I am not the most experienced listener and have not owned a lot to compare with. Only just started this Hifi adventure a couple of years ago. The soundstage is really good. I went for them over the C1.1's as I was afraid the kids would knock those over...
Started saving for the D1 though as the Kids are getting older.

Hi Julot,

It seems the S2's are discontinued. Would be fun to get some music flowing from my S2's. I demoed a Devialet 200 at home some months ago and boy did they come alive. It's obvious that they need more power than my current amp can deliver.

Obviously I'm biased here, but you need to hear what an ICOS can do before going Devialet -- the 2120 will be back from a reviewer's early December.

It seems very clear that all Raidhos do need quite a bit of current.

Yep, the S2 are discontinued, they're not much written about, some say they don't sound like other Raidhos, and they can be had half-price at Lydspecialisten -- i.e. the price of the X1...
