Paul, I like the Tannoys and would love to hear a pair of any of their speakers someday. I think you're spot on about size being the biggest issue here. Those things are huge!

If you buy them, I'll fly up to set them up for you! I doubt they will last on Audiogon for long.

Paul - I just read your review on the O/96's. Sorry, I don't know how I missed it before. You did a great job! Of course, once you mentioned Timmy's, I had a hard time focusing on the rest. . Very good job, and like you found, I agree that the O/96's have their place. They won't be all things to all people, but add tubes, jazz and vinyl, and you could be very happy.
