The N10 has two 2TB 2.5" hard drives. Although not confirmed, when 2.5" drives are available in larger capacities, I imagine this would be possible. It's something the dealer could do.

Ok Brian and how much time have you spent listening to PCM converted to DSD then upsampled with HQP and played on a chip-less dac? IMO PCM may be used in recording for a long time due to its flexibility but its days as a playback format may be numbered.

I can see a black N10 in my future. I prefer all my storage in the unit and 4TB will suffice for now, I'm little north of 3TB now, guess I will have to get my IT guys to set up a NAS at home.

I do not see any comments on this yet.

Has anyone compared it with the Bryston BDP-2 with the upgraded audio card that Bryston has introduced as of mid May?

Aurender feeding the Devialet is a match made in heaven. I have both the N100 and N10.

We'll be doing an encore open house on Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th like our recent one with Brian Zolner of Bricasti Design, with the N10 on demonstration into the Bricasti M1, also using the Bricasti M28 monoblock amplifiers. 1pm to 5pm each day. RSVPs recommended but not required. Refreshments served.

We got rave comments from people who attended this. Well worth the effort to come. Private and in-home demos also available.

The N10 is indeed special.

If you're on the "other" coast, we'll also have a event with a few brands (July 18/19), including Aurender's principals.

Hi Miro,

I do not have the N10 but am seriously thinking about getting one. I want/need an easy solution to transport music to my Lampizator and Devialet.
 
Joe - all my customers are delighted with their N100H's. The N10 offers sonic improvements, more outputs, and a case that in the rack, nicely matches the size of a preamp. But for three times the price, the N10 should be better - and it is! I love it.
 
Can the unit without internal storage sound as good as the unit with internal storage?
