You just had to take me back there. My house was built on top of an old Radon Factory, woods plowed under for houses. When they came out and measured, I had very high readings. They came up with a plan that was agreed on but the day of the work they decided to try something else as it was less work for them I suppose. Well, the readings only went down by half so they had to come back and do what they were originally going to do. That brought the numbers down where they should be.Where do you live that your house requires two separate radon systems?
My house has a crawlspace under half, and a slab under the other half where the garage and family room is. They first laid down thick plastic over 6" PVC piping with holes in it to draw from the crawlspace. The second fan is for where they had to jackhammer and dig into the slab from the crawlspace.
I was not real happy with how it went but only paid for the initial work but ended up with 2 fans.
