Yeah, just use an adapter.
I would avoid doing that. Ask Caelin and he'll warn as well. Always avoid any additional contacts as it impinges on the current flow. Get the cable replaced for the correct one.

right now no. last time i failed when i tryed, got to learn it first how it works here at audioshark. Can you take a picture of the back?
can you elaborate on this. confused or not, it doesnt fit and it has to. no other way! may i just change that inlet? Its just the 20A inlet that's confusing him.
When the choice is, not being able to use it because you don't have the right cable, or use an adapter, use the adapter.

i think a full europe version must be available?
i dont mind using an adapter for a couple of weeks, but not as a definitive solution
lol, how dumb i am. finally i understand it. thx all.All Shunyata power distributors use 20A inlets. What you have is the full EU version.
i might look at the inlet tomorrow how hard and possible a change to a 15a inlet would be.
not very recommended i guess
Don't mess with the Everest.
the highest of all distributors
i wont touch that inlet, promised. leaning towards an adapter or a dedicated cord
gracias francisco. i think you are absolutely right.
final solution might be omega xc. may be an adapter first until cash reloads.
everest at home! this is very tall yet good looking.
the sound? i dont know because the powercord from the wall doesnt fit, the everest side seems to be us style. while output 1-8 is europe style. the dealer didnt tell me anything about that complication. and the shop is closed now.
i have seen now, there is an adapter available but i really dont want to run the everest with an adapter.
what should i do? is there no full europe version?
