Apparently some people on another forum are wondering where Joe went. Well....I'm pleased to tell you - he's right here at Audioshark.org! This place wouldn't be what it is without the #1 Joe!

I wanted to buy a record cleaning machine (the Audiodesk) and the rep at "The Cable Company" told me if I could get 5 or more guys together, he would give us all a nice discount. So, I noticed a lot of people on "that other site" expressing serious interest in buying one too. I made a post and asked a few of them if they wanted to go in with me and before I could blink - BANNED for a week.

I'm not one to take sh!t from anyone - so I went to work on my own forum. We went live on April 4th - and my one week ban was then made permanent.

Joe joined our forum - and he was banned. Mark too. Bob too. Others too. The whole thing was ridiculous.

But I'm much happier now and I hope our members are too. Links to other sites are encouraged, you are free to say what you like, so long as it doesn't conflict with the forum rules (politics, religion, etc) and I have no conflict of interest. I support and encourage all brands and all our dealers who participate. There is no right or wrong - only the search for Absolute Sound.

I definitely got a chuckle at the other site when it was pointed out by the management: " Joeinid: Banned for Life "


Be sure to jump back on in the afterlife Joe, but I know you are a dangerous sort :snicker: and a repeat offender, next time you might get life+10!

For the record Joe, banned or not banned, you are a kind soul and I'm glad to know you!
