whats your preferred/main......

Preferred? R2R (by a large margin)

Most used (by a large margin) - digital/streaming

My vinyl has taken a major backseat after getting the MSB Cascade/Pink Faun (with fiber) combo.

Mostly ripped music on a NAS, second would be streaming via Tidal. Getting geared up to put vinyl in the light more often.

TT , R2R , Streaming /CDT* are my preferences ..

Play mostly Server (NAS) /Streamer , for new music and convenience, LP /R2R when i really want a treat or bought new stuff…

Regards

* Depends on digital format CDT can be superior ..

What is CDT?

Digital is so easy. And most of the music I listen to is only on Digital. I have been seeking out stuff I never heard. I'm in one of those place where the stuff I know is of less interest at the moment.

"whats your preferred/main......" listening source and why, do you prefer r/r, vinyl, cd, streaming, etc

Preferred by a good margin: 15ips and 30ips reel-to-reel tape!
Why?: It is effortlessly dynamic, realistic, and complete on a great system

Main source: Vinyl
Why?: I have more of it and it sounds closest to tape.

Utility/warmup source: Digital (physical media or streaming)
Why?: Convenience and discovery.

All three sources sound very good and can easily be played without concern. Anyone that has visited or delivered product can vouch for that.
