I have listened to this 5 times so far. One odd and dreary album for sure. In my opinion, there is really only one good track, Lazarus. Although the liner notes list a Drummer, most tracks sound like a Drum Machine. Why bother. And if it is really a drummer sounding just like a machine, why bother.

Watched The Man Who Fell to Earth again the other night. Good Soundtrack, but after seeing this 3 times now, including the original release back in '76, I still can't figure out the ending.

Secret Garden - Mix

I created a mix of various tracks from the Secret Garden discography. Mainly for massage but also just for relaxation and meditation.

Can anyone recommend other Violin music similar to this stuff?

David Jones was for sure an exceptional performing artist. The last televised Ziggy Stardust performance is still mesmerizing 45 years later. The biggest achievement of this album, however, might just be the timing of its release.
