Just like the title says....

Furutech
MIT
Shunyata
PS Audio
Oyaide
Other....

I have some line noise....when I'm not using the APC S20's.

Shunyata is awesome I'm using it on the Video, Isoclean is also great is on my Hifi. I heard Oyaide is also great, for PS Audio I used it for a while and I don't like it at all.

You made a video or you are using it on your TV?

Mike, I have 4 Furutech's from Jeff that I'm not using while my room is being built. Happy to send you one to try. I'm only going to use 2 to start.

I have had a many, and naturally there are alot I have not tried.
The Oyaide R1 worked the best for me as far as SQ.
The maestro is really good for the money also.
I am currently using a Furutech Gold 20 amp and its pretty good but I am already thinking of trying the Oyaide R0 I have read so much about.

Good luck with your search Mike, maybe Jeff can chime in with some thoughts.

Okay...someone want to 'splain these outlets for me ? Are they built in power conditioners ? This is not like the cable thing is it ? LOL

I am NOT buying $200 wall outlets...:panic:

I use this/these and leave my dang outlets alone...

LMAO!! Don't forget the carbon fiber covers!

Serious ? Listen guys, I love that you take this hobby seriously ..and I am sure there is some value in the Furman outlets and such...but if you really want AUDIOPHILE quality, then please follow this important guidance:

Make all checks payable to:

Robert Arco
I promise you that you well get a true audiophile quality guy who will post whatever you want...LOL..The value is priceless !:exciting:

Rob - you would be shocked by the noise coming from your line. What I learned was that not only was the AC dirty coming in, but the other devices on the line (refrigerator etc) created even more noise. Nelson's video is spot on. I saw it with my own eyes and ears and heard a BIG improvement when we added the test/demo MIT outlets. I was overwhelmingly convinced. As crazy as it seems....

Oh I hear you Mike. I know about the noise and even the fluctuations in AC coming in depending on the utility company, where you are in the line..etc.

Its the cost bro...I do the same with this unit and it lets me set the voltage (110, 120 or 127), protects up to 702jules (and does so better than surge protectors because coming back on is slow, not surge) and filters bad power due to bad ground schemes.

Amazon.com: APC LE1200 Line-R 1200VA Automatic Voltage Regulator: Electronics

I had to do this to protect my tube amps...my Velleman is susceptible to overvoltage (I even had to adjust the 6vac from the trannies that were putting out 7.2vac...used a resistor to drop it to 6.4)

So I see the value but to me (and please know this is just me, I do not knock what you or anyone else does), that value has to be commensurate with what it returns...so my internal math says if I get a 1% increase, I don't want to pay 5 times the norm.

Does that make sense? Maybe I am just too frugal (or too cheap..lol)

So what I like is that we can differ in opinions...and do so respectfully...because you have a great site !

ON THAT NOTE....lol...what do you think of this?

No arguments here. I'm using APC units. But if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes and heard it with my own ears, I wouldn't have believed it.
