I never been a fan of Magico untill I hear the S7 from Mark's place today.

I think they are absolutely fantastic speakers! I can't wait to hear them with the Tenor gear!
 
Wow Mark!....those are real beauties. Congrats on the new acquisition! Please share your thoughts on their break in as you progress.
 
I think I like my Tannoy Canterbury more than the S5 I've heard -- but now looking at this, I'm pretty sure the S7 would spank them. Pretty jelly here.

Its completely different sounds. You know how much I love my Tannoy sounds as well. :)
 
Canada's Thanksgiving anyways. And more appropriately they are being show at TAVES that takes place Halloween weekend.

The Lamborghini Orange was beautiful to look at , Also it was blend so well with his room and gear. You really have to see it in person :thumbsup:

Nice to know they look better in person, but I doubt I'll ever see a pair in that color in HI or visit Ontario.

Well.... Every one have different taste and hence they offer the choices of M-Cast (six different colors) and M-Coat (six different colors).
 
I obviously love Tannoy Jim, and although very different, they are a very special pair of speakers these S7's. IMO, of course.... ;-)

Mark,

You are correct. I meant my post as a quasi-humorous-shot across another Canterbury owner's bow. In hindsight, it was in poor taste.

Though I have never heard another speaker that comes close (to date) to what I have here with the modified Tannoys in this dedicated room, I have no idea as to what the S7s (which I have never heard) would sound like if voiced here.

My bad!
