I could not resist these since learning about them last year. The JBL 4367.

Super smooth, sweet, sweet treble. Powerful bass, wonderful presentation.

Joe from what you have written in the past, aren't those a bit large for your room.? They sure do look great.

Actually, they fit perfectly. I think with the horns, there is very little room interaction and I can crank them and they remain clear as a bell. Yet, perfectly smooth and sweet. Pretty incredible.

The wall that they are on is almost 22 feet long.

All wannabes tsk tsk [emoji13][emoji13]

Congrats Joe. Excellent speakers. Huge sounds stage. Can go loud as you want without any strain the sounds.

Thank you Jerome! Love them. They are different than the Strads which makes them a great complement.

Good stuff Joe, I was just reading about these 3 days ago. Are they warmer or more accurate/detailed compared to the Strads? Really looking forward to your different listening experiences with these.

Hi Kev,

Thank you very much. This review is nice. http://positive-feedback.com/high-fidelity/jbl-4367-studio-monitor/

I'd have to say, so far, they feel/seem smoother but more immediate. You may think that I am crazy, but I don't think my Strads are as sweet/warm as most people think. They are very much dependent on the gear used on them. The sound stage on my Strads is probably a little bigger overall but the 4367 seem a little more like live music without any horn artifacts. The sound feels right there in front of you without any shout or in your face aggressiveness. The 4367 are smooth and slightly sweet with a Quad-like quality. As volume goes up on the 4367, it never distorts or feels like it's too much. I find I am listening to the 4367 louder than I listen to the Strads, not because the Strads bother me or anything (they still remain my favorite speaker of all time), but the 4367 seem to have a slightly more lively crank me up feel to them. I am struggling for the right words, but they will come. I have a feeling that the 4367 have a little less room interaction and remain clean as volume increases.

Joe,

Congrats on your new JBL speakers! Another brilliant speaker by Harman. Do you have them in your main room or somewhere else? Best of luck with them!

Ken

Thank you Ken. Yes, my main room. I was going to put them downstairs and clean up the place but I was so excited, I just moved the Strads out of the way and started the break in process. So far, a happy camper. We'll see what, if anything, goes downstairs. So confused now.

Hope they bring you much listening pleasure Joe!

Buddy,

Thank you so much. It's great to see you here.
