New D3's....first impressions

Mark and Mike can attest to this but once I bought the Job 225 my way of thinking was turned upside down. Then I added my Revel Studio2 and it was game over. Conventional wisdom was high power, nothing less. The Studio2 are perfect with either tbe Job225, my Dartzeel and outstandingly my GAT/ART combo.

My advice now? Try what you think will not work first. You just might find that ultimate combo.

Yeah, bring vinyl!!!! My TT set up is a Kondo IO-M cartridge with a SME tonearm and an Acoustic Signature Ascona TT, with a Kondo silver step up transformer into a Kondo GE 1 phono stage.

I had loved the Absolare amps on the D1's, it was/is my fav matching with the D1's, now with the D3's as well. I'm sure it will be the same with the C1.1's. You could also bring the snappers!
