Yes. I guarantee it’s software. The people who do their software have had some challenges…..….Lumin.

If production N-01XDSE units don't have software gremlins how can it be that upgraded N-01XD to SE units do?

The N-01XD units have around 5 years of production beginning in the COVID era. How good is Esoteric's engineering change control? Could there be some significant variances in some units?

Not sure how to answer that except to say there have been parts changes over the five years.
I am trying to be patient, but what do you all think is a reasonable amount of time to be without my unit?
They have had it since May 7 .
And BTW, they have my money!

Good luck getting this resolved soon.

My K-01XD is at TAP for the SE upgrade. Has only been there since early June — so less time than yours. Curious if anyone who is getting these upgrades done has yet received a returned upgraded unit.

RMA issued. Send to the shop. 2 days in the shop. Return upgraded unit to owner. However long that takes. 10 days?
