Yes. I guarantee it’s software. The people who do their software have had some challenges…..….Lumin.I wasn’t aware there are multiple machine problems.
Thanks for clarifying. Whoever is needs to take a look at what the issues are.Lumin is NOT involved with the I/F firmware that is mandatory to upgrade in Esoteric models.
