Thanks for the reply. They have had the parts for almost a month. They claim they are operating with a skeleton crew due to ICE and the riots.
They are in Buena Park which seems to be between LA and Anaheim. Each time I speak to a guy named Sal the answer is always another two weeks.
This on June 13…
Mr. Glacken,
Right now I don't have that answer for you. I and all of my hispanic brethren are on edge because our friends and family are being treated like cattle. This is very distracting for everyone including our technicians. We are literally running a skeleton crew right now so everything has to move at a snail's pace. I want to say that it will be done soon but that would be a lie. Allow us plenty of time to let the tear gas clear so we can stay laser focused on all of our customer repairs.
Thank you for your business.
Sal Vasquez
I wouldn’t think TAP employees are illegal, but who knows.
Curious whether you got an update following this visit?Keith Haas from the distributor will be at TAP on Thursday. We shall at least get a straight answer.
Thank you for the report. Seems like you got a constructive, helpful update — good to hear. Does sound like a strange issue with the network board. Hopefully that gets addressed with an effective solution quickly. Good luck.Update yesterday from Keith Haas. The new parts had been installed but while testing the unit it was discovered that the network board would not connect to the internet. However when the board was removed while still connected the connection to the internet was made. Has their technician stumped and to this point has Japan stumped as well.
Early next week a decision will be made on next steps. Very professional and friendly conversation.
E1?Good news. We had some gremlins with our Esoteric Phonostage, but they solved them all. Great guys.
