Hi, I disagree - the Kool-aid is drunk by consumers of much more expensive dacs/CDPs which, when compared with the Lampi, do nowhere as well. Lampized people don't drink the koolaid- they compare and deal with facts

Welcome Kevin. If you prefer the arguing, belittling, the measurements are all that matter types, etc., there are plenty of sites for that. If you want to be part of a friendly (well, most of the time) community, a place where people are not afraid to show pride of ownership and a passion for true high end audio, then you're in the right place.

Clearly the comments do not refer to the company or product. They refer to the site. Hence, "I understand that this site..."

With absolutely nothing in the way of critical thinking or examination by the way. Everything is accepted gladly and drinks are handed out all around. Everything is celebrated, nothing is questioned.

Actually, everything is compared. As with the dac. The amp is still too new to have done the compare rounds. But plenty of dac experiences against expensive MSBs, Playback designs MPD-5, Esoteric K01, BADA, Trinity, etc. We will have more on the amp as time progresses, watch the space. Can you share any experiences - this is a forum for sharing

Thanks again Wisnon for providing this link. Following your suggestion, I also went to the company's website to read up on the amp. It is, in fact, a balanced push pull amplifier that makes use of an output tube (211) more often found in SET amplifiers.
I was a little confused by...
"Single Ended triode in mirror mode..."
...but after examining the rest of the description, it appears to be the designer's way of describing his particular implementation of push pull operation.
So why bother post such comments on this site? Why not just ask the technical question and hope for a useful response? Is it meant to enlighten us sheeples? Are we now free from the shackles of audiophile conformity and submission? Oh heavens, thank goodness you came around to airlift us out of Audiophile Jonestown! The veil of blind devotion has been lifted! Hallelujah! PRaT for all!
On a personal note, I've found that people with actual critical thinking skills (i.e. they are intellectually rigorous, open-minded and unselfish) rarely accuse others of failing to think critically. They, instead, simply display their critical thinking skills. Ironic, eh?
Before you move on to the next site you deem to be inferior, I suggest you try to understand how offensively patronizing your posts have been.

Me? I'm holding out a few more days. Sorta building the excitement. I've been playing with rectifiers on the Lampi dac. Just put a Telefunken GZ34 reissue in last night. Wow! a tiny bit aggressive at first, but now smoother. Amazingly big, clear, 3D sound. I just shake my head, smiling. I have never enjoyed a piece more. The 211's are KILLER too! I know the NOS GE's will be great, I just want to savor the moments.

I wonder what is the difference sonically between a regular push pull and a parallel single ended amplifier ( PSE), knowing that the output power will be identical.
Joe I am late to the party but congrats on your 211 amps. They look gorgeous and surely sound incredible.
I asked the company if I could see a nudie pic of the amp. Is it point to point soldering or a print board circuit ?

Thank you Jerome. I absolutely love what I am hearing through my Strads with the Lampizator balanced 211's and Big 7 dac. It's just so engaging, emotional and musical.
