You can find Tickets at the entrance also with credit card.

You can also buy a ticket online from their homepage. There is a dedicated section.

Munich is a fun city for sure.

Wish I could be there, but have to be in London.

I know that AcousticGuru, Christoph, MorrieCab and Michael will be there from Swiss German region/Liechtenstein too. WBF guys...

Next show for you to check out is Warsaw in the late Fall, you will LOVE that too. They say Munich is the Dealer's show and Warsaw is the Fan's show.

The Restaurant is actually in the spectacular cellar of Munich's town house, so right in the city center.

I made the reservation on the name "Audioshark" ;-) in a part of the restaurant called "Weinstube" - but don't fear: you can have beer too ;-)!

So we should be at least 10 for dinner, however, if anybody wants to join last minute, that shouldn't be a problem at all!

Tomorrow I'll call some restaurants in the city center of Munich. I'd propose to meet there at 8 pm in order to allow people to join from the hifi-deluxe (which closes at 8 pm) or from the listening session of Grandinote (see post above).

I'll post the address and details tomorrow.

Just remember that we'll meet Friday to Sunday at 11 am at the restaurant in the Atrium of hall 4 (you can see it in the back of the picture of last year):

@hongkong: the Ratskeller is very easy to find as it is below the "Neue Rathaus" (the town-house) at Marienplatz right in the city center of Munich.

But we can also leave all together from the fair. I rented a car and still have two seats left...

Everything is organized for our Audioshark Saturday evening dinner:

Dinner is at the "Ratskeller", specifically in the area "Weinstube" within the restaurant (you'll see it's huge inside....). The table is reserved at 8 pm for "Audioshark"

The restaurant is in the same building as the "Neue Rathaus" (the town-hall) of Munich, so right at the Marienplatz no. 8, so practically at the very city center of Munich.

I will leave from the MOC at 6 pm to join the presentation of the all Grandinote system (some might know the amplifers, they now present also their alloy-enclosed, high efficient speakers) at the following address:

Karl-Hammerschmidt-Str. 45
85609 Aschheim

(It's a 19 min drive from the MOC)

From the Grandinote presentation I'll drive directly to the restaurant. You're all invited to join, would be great to do the trip together. I should also have some place left in my car to do the transfer.

Guys, sadly for me there has been almost no Lampizator setups at all at the show. Sound Galleries has Nagra and Thrax room was something else.

Going to look around again today.
 
guys, be carful tonight when you arrive the dinner... there is a large festivities that will take place today around the city center ( Marienplatz ) regarding their soccer team. all the roads leading and everything around will be PACKED or close! so travel smart.

A glaring absence - YG.

I managed to find a pair in use in the SME room. But it was more by accident.

SME was doing a fun digital (uber expensive Burmester streamer) vs 30.1. Same recordings. Guess which one won? [emoji41]
