I can't wait for the show to start... in order to "train" myself I'm visiting today the Milan Hi-Fidelity show - but nothing compares to Munich!

Hello everyone! I'm glad to see all the enthusiasm around un hifi event. I'm from Portugal and the Audioshow that happens in Lisbon every year is considered perhaps the second best audio show in Europe after Munich. I think you should put it in your list for 2018.
I will open a new thread with some photos of this year audioshow.

One of my personal must-hear spots at this years Munich fair will be Martion Horn systems with Grandinote amplification.

Yes... but just with my iPhone so please don't hang me for the quality ;-)!

After some maneuvering of dates with a *cough* business trip *cough* I have just made my bookings for Munich. Will be great to meet with some Euro sharks at the show! Please add me to the dinner list if there is a slot still open.

Great, I'm in as well if we can make it saturday.

I didn't know the brand either until I read a review of their Monoblocks in the German Audio magazine. They called them the best transistor amps ever and also their integrated and phono amp got a great review.
For their amps and now also for their speakers they use really unique technology: they combine a typical tube circuit with transistors and their full alloy speakers don't have a cross-over!

Do we have any details on the dinner next week? Saturday? Location? Time?

Most probably the owner of Grandinote will join us for dinner (hope it works).
