Allen, I did track for about twenty years on motorcycles, so for me it's all about handling. The BMW is a great handling car and gives me much fun behind the wheel, but the limits of the Cayman are beyond my skill level. Of course, the BMW's probably are, too! Whenever I take a corner at speed in the BMW it delivers all one could ask, but if I take the same corner at the same speed in the Porsche, it seems to say to me, "Is that all you've got?" Now, neither of these machines are all that powerful, their acceleration is mild compared to an M4 or a Turbo 911, but their lighter weight, especially the Porsche, make for fabulous handling.Two great cars, Steve. Which do you prefer driving for fun?
