I'm actually not sure, but I thought it was at least 16/44.

My guess is that they want to have a much more robust app. Launch Tidal, control volume, etc.

According to this article on Bluetooth: "What you probably want to avoid, if quality is your goal, is standard Bluetooth streaming. The stock Bluetooth is very much a lossy medium and there is a huge difference between that and a lossless file. The difference is more than a little noticeable."

Thanks. I try to make it really easy for my wife to launch Tidal on her phone and start playing her playlist of bad 80's music. [emoji6]
