I've settled on the audio magic "the super fuse". It just sounds the best to me.

Mick,
The more I use my Job, the happier I am with it. Are there amps that do some things better? Sure, but none that put such a big smile on my face. This is the kind of amp that lets you forget all the audiophile buzzwords and allows you to listen to the music, not the gear.

I also look forward to receiving my JOB 225. I will be A/B'ing them with my NCore Mono Amps. I am currently borrowing a Bent Audio TAP Passive Pre and am running balanced. I plan on building a passive pre from Tortuga Audio and was going to build a balanced version. However, IF I like the JOB 225 over the NCores, I will build a SE version of the passive from Tortuga as the JOB is SE as well.
If I don't like what I hear with the LDR technology, I will go ahead and build out a Bent Audio TAP-X passive pre. Here again, the JOB could save me $$$ as a SE version runs $1,000 less than the balanced version of the TAP-X.
