Joe, I understand they are new at the "direct sales" model and there will be bugs. Just telling newbie79 what it says on the order page. "Shipping is usually immediate once payment has been cleared. If there were to be a temporary shortage of Job 225 or a delay in production we would inform you upon receipt of your order." This is different than what he encountered.

I think they mean they will inform you by email when stock is replenished and you can order again.

I just hooked up my Conrad Johnson GAT and it is simply outstanding. So far everything I've tried has been great. I just wish the gain was a little lower on the amp. I am barely using any volume range to get the system loud.
