jdandy R.I.P.

I came to the forum with a problem, and he was the first to help me, I never have forgotten that.

He also convinced me to buy an Aurender N10.

He was a friend, I’ll miss him, he will now be with his wife - May they both be reunited. RIP!

Dear Dan,

Thank you for having a kind heart. It always shined everywhere you went. RIP sir.

Wow, such sad news.

I only knew of him from his posts here on the forum but I still feel the loss.

This set of news is a real surprise. I’ve known Dan (online only) for at least 8 years. Always a gentleman with terrific insights and very willing to help.

Recently, 2 years?, he lost his wife Marlene. I could tell the loss hit him hard. I invited Dan to come down to Sarasota and he said he would sometime. Sadly, we didn’t follow up on that.

Rest In Peace Dan. You are missed.

Oh... my... God!

Dear Dan, you were far too young to go.
In my feeling you were still a boy who so much liked to play with boy's toys.
Top hifi gear, a nice car.
And you could so well transfer your love of those toys to us, and teach us about them.

Your reviews were/are the best of the forums. Basta!

In your communication - and we got a bit closer after the death of your beloved wife - you were always most attentive and a top gentleman.

I will cherish the cables I bought from you.
Once, there was one blocked at customs, and you wrote me I don't remember how many mails to find out whether it had finally arrived.

I will miss you sorely Dan.

My condolences to your family, and to all your friends.
I guess, as written before in this thread, that must be almost every single AA and AS member.

This is very sad news. Dan will be hugely missed here. He was extremely helpful to many with audio advice and reviews, plus being a really nice man. RIP Dan.

So very sad to read this news as this really hurts.
Dan's contribution to this community has been an immense positive influence for many years.

He will be missed in a big way as no one can replace what he contributed on a daily basis. Not only did he have a deep love of this hobby, but also shared his love for his animals and many other adventures over the years.

Rest in peace Dan ...... you will always be fondly remembered.

This is very sad news. I enjoyed reading his posts. He is a great asset to AS and AA family. RIP Dan

So sorry to hear this, while I never had the pleasure of personally meeting Dan he had a way of making everyone feel like they were a longtime friend. He always handled things as a true gentleman and treated us all with respect, a real mensch. May he rest in peace with his beloved wife and may his memory be a blessing for all who knew him.

How sad. I was just thinking of Dan the other day as he hadn't posted recently. He was always so generous to others with his time and knowledge.
RIP Dan.

This is a sad moment for our community and Dan will surely be missed. RIP Dan.

RIP Dan, and thanks for the valuable contributions to this and other forums.

What horrible, sad news. What a shame. I've known Dan (via forums only) for several years, back on the Audioaficionado forum. I know he lived here in Florida, so kind of like a neighbor to me.

RIP Dan. You will be missed.

This very sad news. He has been a constant on the sites I visit from day one. A very knowledgeable contributor who was always ready to search out solutions and answers to out questions. Sad that both he and his long time partner passed within a relatively short period. I think she passed just over a year ago.

RIP My Friend.
