Congrats, Darrin. I am sure these are awesome. I came very close to buying the CR-1s recently (there was a mint pair on audiogon which was priced quite attractively). Then the voice of reason prevailed and I backed off. Did you buy this pair on audiogon?
I would be interested to hear your take on the CR-1s, especially how they compare to Magico S5.
