Eric, here's the official video of the studio version of the same song. I love this version, but feel it's over produced after hearing the 'live version'. LMK which you prefer:

 
T-Bone Burnett: Incredible producer and artist. He was a guitarist in Bob Dylan's band on the Rolling Thunder Revue tour. His regualr vinyl records are already audiophile quality.

I couldn't agree more. In fact, the live version is far better than this. There's almost no comparison. This is very over-produced to the point of ruin in my opinion.
