Hello from Podunk, West of France

Hi, I’m Didier from Le Havre area, a not so nice coastal city of France. This town used to be the home harbour of “Le France” before she was dismantled.
Because of the weather (it rains as often as in Olympic Peninsula), I spend most my available time in front of my Hifi.
My current system :

  • Speakers: DeVore Gibbon 88
  • CD Player :Audionet Art G2 +EPS
  • Turntable : Amazon One + 12” Fuchs tonearm
  • Integrated (on its way) : Allnic T1500

Welcome! John's speakers seem to get around.
 
Welcome, we got as close to you as Honfleur, almost 25 years ago, touring with students to Rouen cathedral, Caen to see the Bayeaux Tapestries, the beaches at Normandy, and Mont St. Michel. Honfleur had a beautiful little harbour walk. The area then was definitely not Podunk.

Hi Larry,

I'm on the other side of River Seine. I used to live in Honfleur for 2 years before I decided to buy a small house in a small village in the middle of fields.
