Hello from audio excellence az!

Alan,

It's great to see you hear. Thank you so much for joining. I love my cable cooker and I am thinking about the upgrade.

Thanks! I'm available anytime to answer any operational questions and/or conditioning questions. There is still a lot of misinformation on the Interweb regarding "break-in" (which I prefer to call 'conditioning'), so I enjoy presenting good information based on real experience. It's always a good thing to dispel any myths or theories based on guesswork, especially from those who haven't used the device.

Eh?--I own a Cooker 3.0--where's the upgrade info?- C'mon Alan don't keep it a secret:P

Hi, Bruce....your 3.0 doesn't need an upgrade unless you have the Standard plastic binding posts and want them upgraded to the Cardas all-copper billet CCGR's, and/or if you want the Deluxe upgrades consisting of Vampire all-copper billet RCA's and Oyaide PCOCC 18-gauge internal wiring. The 3.0 circuit board is fully-cryo treated and has the Extended Frequency Sweep already....there is no circuit board upgrade at this time.

Thank you for the prompt reply Alan--I see--I'm happy with the Status Quo.

Best,
