Greetings to the denizens of AudioShark! A friend on facebook by the name of Mike sent me an invite. You here Mike?

I'm into a little DIY (turntable and DAC), had all kinds of tube gear prior and am currently in an all SS mode. I am an old guy that grew up with vinyl and have never been out of it. I also embrace digital with PC based flac through a DIY DAC.

No matter what gear you own and what you play, I wish everybody great listening!

Welcome and let's see some pictures of your home-brew gear.

Hello Mep!

My Lenco L75 idler drive with heavy Mirko stainless bearing. Arm is an Advanced Anaolg MG-1 with Ultra P slide arm. Inexpensive and crude arm compared to a Rockport but it works great.

Before.

I got tired of the all Cadillac black and wrapped it in Maple to match the arm boards. The kewl thing is all the Maple is from a friends farm in Wisconsin.

My Buffao III Dual Mono DAC. Discrete balanced output. HiFi 2000 enclosure, Modushop machining. Modushop will machine both sides of face plate and anodize after machining. Arduino UNO microcontroller, Apple remote, Corpius shield, HiFiDuino/Corpius code.
