Who are founding fathers of this site? When was it started? Member count?

Our site, AVShowrooms is the front end of our four Youtube Channels. We are the largest video site for highend audio.

I am an active member of WBF, but I lurk the audio sites like many do. I've been a top tier reviewer for over 25 years. I'll check in here from time to time to participate :)

Hi Peter - welcome to audioshark.org. I love your videos and all your great work. I am the owner of the site and Joe (joeinid) and Mark (MDP), both moderators, have been with me from the beginning. The site started April 4, 2013. We have over 1300 members and receive over 40,000 unique visitors per month. The site also receives several hundred thousand hits per month.

Hi Peter and welcome to the Shark! :)

I'm very glad that you finally made it, and thx to Myles for letting you know about it.

I believe that you are going to enjoy the atmosphere here; I know for a fact that we are going to enjoy yours.

P.S. Just type less letters. ;) ...Kidding, I'm sure Mike can see that you're missing few letters in your postscript.
 
Peter. They are excellent, but every time I've heard them, they are a touch bass shy. Must have been a setup issue. Do you know their frequency response?

They publish +/- 1 db in the audio band. The bass in my room, and Newport 2013 was exemplary.
