Blues Music Only | What's Playing Now | Any Music Mediums: LP - CD/SACD - BD - DVD...

I'm going to look for it

Nelson....if you find it, make sure to get the Analogue Productions version. Vinyl is hard to find and pretty pricey. Cd is also out of print and people are asking higher prices than you need to pay. Acoustic Sounds has limited copies available at original price.

Thank you Bruce

Hi Guys,,, Need your help. Trying to listen to more blues.

This is the type of blues I would like to get . Any recommendation ? ( Would be nice for better recording and quality sound )

Paul, there are some great Blues selections already in this thread.

* Can't go wrong with Muddy Waters, or Robert Johnson, or Buddy Guy, or John Lee Hooker, or Keb' Mo'. :cool:
...And much much more.

Some good Blues record labels: AudioQuest, Analogue Production Originals, Pointblank, EarthBeat!, Alligator, Private Music, Rounder, OKeh/epic, ...

Bob... Thanks....However I like to have some instrumental without the vocal. ( Just like one in video ) I will go through the this trade again. :)

Yeah, Doug MacLeod is on the AudioQuest Music record label (the majority, if not all), except for his last album which is on Reference Recordings music record label.

As for Jeff Healey, I have few albums of him (his best ones), but that's from a long time ago, and today I don't listen to Jeff no more. It's just the way it is for me personally, in my own Blues music evolution.

So, today what I usually recommend for Blues is of course Muddy Waters, and also Joe Bonamassa. ...And Doug MacLeod and Keb' Mo'. Then Robert Belfour, Rory Block, Jimmy Smith, Harry Manx, Jorma Kaukonen, Taj Mahal, Eric Bibb, Gregg Allman, Chris Whitley, Gary Moore, Albert King, ... and so many more.
{I could easily give you a list of few hundreds of my favorite Blues artists.}
