Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but what are the best looking speakers you have ever seen (in person)?

My pick would be the Sonus Faber Amati Futura's. Pictures don't do them justice. They must be seen in person to be appreciated. The craftsmanship is out of this world.

I love that color. Amazing. Having owned the Evos for a while, I'd love to hear the Futuras. :)

The Amati Futuras are gorgeous but the Stradivari is my reference for beauty.

Gorgeous...Send me a pair and I'll see if they look good in my music room...if they don't, I'll send them back..otherwise..I'll just hold on to them..LOL

Hard to come up with an alternative.....Not a fair question.

:perfect:

For me there is nothing more beautiful than the Aidas.
If you love the lines ,curves and the craftsmanship SF have it all
But yes, Amatis are my second for sure

The Best Stereo System I’ve Ever Heard
Robert Harley
I’ve heard quite a number of very ambitious playback systems over the years, but none as good as the system I experienced last week in Rockport, Maine. I was visiting the factory (actually, it’s more like a craft shop) of loudspeaker manufacturer Rockport Technologies and spent about two hours with their top-of-the-line Arrakis loudspeaker. Rockport founder Andy Payor also took me through the other speakers in the line, and explained to me the design and construction techniques behind his loudspeakers.
The $165,000 Arrakis is a four-way system employing two side-firing 15" woofers, two 8" upper-bass drivers, two 5.25" midrange drivers, and a dome tweeter. All the drivers except the tweeter use Rockport’s proprietary cone technology which feature proprietary, variable-section thickness cones formed from skins of carbon fiber that sandwich a Rohacell core.

Rockport Arrakis, their TOTL? But definitely Rockport.

I lust after their Avior speakers...:audiophile:
