I thought that there were about 5-7 rooms that where jaw dropping as far as sound goes, I think there where many good speakers their but some didn't shine brightly because of setup and or poor source material. A couple of the Dynaudio Rooms were good, Raidho/Scansonic was excellent along with KEF and even the ML Neolith room was pretty spectacular.

Check out the ARC/Sonus Faber room on the 12th floor.

Mike: I was their all day Friday and I did check out the Sonus Faber room and was on the 12th floor a lot that day. ;) The Fabers are always decent, I just wish Magnepan was here but I never seem them too often at shows... Check out the Raidho/Scansonic room and let me know what you think of the Dynaudio XD line they are on the 4th floor to your left when you get off the Elevator.

I am with you on your thoughts on the Magico! ;)

I went to the Raidho room many times, but Lars was always giving his presentation (no music playing) and the room was always PACKED. I will go back.

Mike, I got a chance to hear the D3 Thursday night with know one around, pretty impressive. The Scansonics 2.5 where equally impressive, especially for their size, so I bought a pair they are now home next to my Dynaudio C2s. The problem with the C2s at the Show they had a very nice local artist playing his music on them, but it didn't really make them sing like they can and didn't showcase them well in my opinion! Currently hooked up to my break in gear, with very good results can't wait to hook them up to my KW-500 Int. Amp. ;)

Mike, listen to the D3s and or the Scansonics 2.5, equally amazing. Tell Lars and Tyler "Gar" says hello! If I didn't have so many speakers, I might sell all of them to get the D3, but I like different flavors! LOL Check out the Dynaudio C2 Platinum room on the 4th floor, the day I was there, it wasn't good and I own those speakers which are my favorite! The source material was not what I would use to showcase those speakers. :(
