Back to the original discussion (I guess prior to the insults started flying).
I have always heard that Taiko are about the finest music servers on the market. However, and as a retired IT professional, software engineer and database expert I find it quite hard to believe that anyone would wait for up to two years for what is in essence a computer. Granted, an extreme built single purpose computer, designed to be one of the finest music servers in the world, but still at heart a computer.
Wouldn't the hardware be outdated by the time the server was delivered to the customer? I have ordered, installed, rebuilt, etc., high-end extremely powerful servers that took at the most a few weeks to receive (usually less than that).
