"...Better than sex! "

Debby,

If you reply to this one, I suggest not showing your answer to your husband !

Bob : For 99 % of the women, almost everything is better than sex :weird: !!

Jerome, I've seen some of your other setups from that other place, but this is the first time I've seen your Home Theater room; gorgeous!

* I'm going to slow down now with Debby; she's just such a nice lady and brings so much a complete touch here with all of us, men.
Her sense of humor is at the top, and I've seen it from other audio sites; exchanging some with her.

My husband was looking at me funny since I was (again) laughing so hard! Oh yeah, I found a good forum :)

Don't own any Wilson gear but Jerome and Adams room sure looks mighty sweet looking.

John

I don't own any Wilson speakers either, but those Alexia's I just heard are still on my mind. WOW.

Wow Mike ! From an Aida's owner, this is quite a testament !
Could you elaborate what are the plus and minus of the Alexia's compared to your Aida's ?

Jeez wizz Adam! ...Are you a Professional Music Listener?

* In the very first picture, at top, behind the left speaker, there is a huge rampant snake!

** I love your CDs on the floor like that; it has that pro cool factor.

*** All the various brown tints of your room, and the wood floor, I love very much.

Adam - yes they are Desert Silver just like both yours and my Sasha's :) Love the color - matches almost any room!

Yeah, that is the Kubala Sosna Emotion cable. Those were loaners, chence the protective stretch foil on them. The speakers on that first pic were also loaners - I belive that was the Dark Titanium finish. My very own pair (on the second pic) was in Mercedes Silver. Liked it better ... but nothing beats the Desert Silver of the Sashas !

I see, thanks Adam for that precision.

Also, depending on how the light hits, and the angle from where the pictures were taken; on pictures #3 and #4 (the Sashas), that "Desert Silver" color does vary.
...On the right Sasha speaker of picture #4 for example, the color looks 'light shiny brown'. ...With a very very light touch of orange (very very subtle yellow/red).
And on the left Sasha (same picture), the color looks even lighter brown, with that quasi champagne appearance, and with a light touch of rose.

**** Silver, it's very very subtle.
Desert, ouch, the desert (depending which one), can have so many color's variations. ...From a very nice orange, to red, to pink, to white, to grey, to black, to brown, and to navy dark blue (at moonlight).

===> Me, I cannot say, but only from the pictures; and for me they are "champagne/rose" color.
In real life I have no idea.

Not only pictures are not fully representative of the accurate color of real life, but the light too has an influence. ...In real life as well.

* It amazes me sometimes the extent to which many high-end speaker's designers choose their quite 'discrete/inconspicuous/chameleon/emotional' and extremely unique tint of color.

Of course there are zillions of colors for all taste and decor. ...And metal, and wood, and so many material's variations ....
And this, is only for loudspeakers. ...Not cars, not furniture, not drinks, not cigars, not jewelry, not watches, not anything else but music reproducers.
