The ad was taken down today and Audiogon Admin confirmed it was a scam. Boy oh boy, they have sooooo many problems with the scammers.
 
You have to be so careful, so many members accounts are being hacked now a days and so many getting ripped off.
 
About a month ago someone created an ad using my amp, my pics, my text. Luckily I saw it and told Agon about it.

Unfortunately, it's like the ONLY place that really moves any gear.
 
I never gave much thought to Audiogon getting hacked... makes me wonder about the post about 10 days ago for a set of Wilson Sasha shipping crates... available in Seattle. Who would sell just the crates? (Thinking perhaps someone was trying to get rid of the crates after buying my stolen Sashas.) When I checked the feedback and other items the guy seemed legit. Now with knowledge of hacking the site I wonder?

I would tell the insurance company. Sounds suspicious.
