FWIW - if anyone is wondering, 100% of our donations go towards maintaining the site. I keep everything in a separate account and all site bills are paid out of that account. One day, maybe, if I have to, I will put together some sort of membership program. But right now, we are ok with donations and the piddly pennies from the ads. Thank you again everyone for the donations! :) :) :) :) :)

Well, thank you so much for your donation(s). I will look at something maybe next year. Costs per month vary based on work that needs to be done. This month was $440 in service fees plus hosting fees ($150 approx). The services were:

Fixing Member Registration bug
Websense setup
Hosting Troubleshooting (ie. the site is too slow!)
Audioshark Banner Creation for new remote app we are working on
Adsense configuration
RSS Feed Troubleshooting
....and several other things....

I have invested several thousand dollars of my own money....but that's ok. We're having fun!

From a business stand point I hate seeing the banning of guys like Joe ect.., as it just erases their screen names. Everyone is here, under proxy servers etc. and even with Grumpy sad retro site, but under different screen names and not paying/supporting this site, yet benefiting.
Can't we offer amnesty week? These are not bad guys. Plus they are here anyway's.
