No, but they are among the few speakers I've ever heard, where my first reaction was of value - "wow, these speakers are totally worth their asking price". A $50,000 speaker is by no means "inexpensive", but it's also not über expensive like some I've heard when you mentally start comparing the speakers to the price of a new home!

The Alexia's are, in my opinion, an example of a speaker that has managed to hit the bulls eye on the map of the law of diminishing returns. Beyond the Alexia's and their fair and respective price point, the law of diminishing returns drops off like a mountainous cliff.

I have a long love of Wilson Audio, since late 90's
They are one of the best in the market
And IMHO, one of the best of the show in the last 3 RMAF.
 
Apparently I am out of the loop. What was tried, and what guy do I know? I know plenty of people.. Just need to know who I need to talk to ;)

Want to see the finished product with this paint skeem?

Here it is all stacked up ready for testing (it does have the protective film over the paint, so the paint finish does not look as bright as it did out of the paint shop. When the owner takes off the film, it will look even better!)

Can the wheels be left on the speakers or do they have to be removed for ultimate fidelity?
