What Vinyl Do You Have On The Table?

The list of artists that played with Miles here (joe zawinul, wayne shorter, herbie hancock, john mclaughlin, chick corea, etc) is impressive. I'm a great Zawinul fan too and his influence on this record is clear. If fact it almost sound like a Zawinul / Weatherreport album.

That’s a good observation. Not necessary like Heavy Weather, but some of the quieter albums.

From today’s perspective the line-up is mind boggling, looking back at all their careers. But those days, I guess they were just buddies.

Andrew was a genius in sound and dance music in general. Spinning this now, as it is a Masterpiece. RIP Andrew Weatherall.

Miles Davis - Kind of Blue, Mobile Fidelity 45 rpm

This is an album that can just melt you with smooth dynamics from one of the best!

Graham Coxon ‎– The End Of The F***ing World (Original Songs and Score). Is it just me or is Coxon making more interesting music than Damon these days? Can't wait for Series 2 to arrive.

Great new Jazz album, vinyl also sounds quite a bit better than digital.

AIR ‎– Le Voyage Dans La Lune - 2012
have not spun this for a while. Air are such a pretentious French band and I absolutely love them for that. Been 6 years since Music For Museum has been released - they must be due soon.

Isobel Campbell ‎– There Is No Other... - brand new album and its Delicious

Bohren & Der Club Of Gore ‎– Patchouli Blue - brand new album - sublime so far.

C'mon lads step out of your reissue comfort zone - If you like slow core Jazz, you will love this

I like your comment Shane, must admit I’m a bit guilty as charged, as I happen to like 50’s-60’s jazz.

But I make sure I’ll post some of my newer stuff as well.

Lol, So do I. I have a half dozen of the wonderful Kevin Gray mastered Blue Note reissues on their way to me. But I am not buying these albums for the 3rd or 4th time :D it's good for the soul to try new stuff.

Andy Shauf ‎– Neon Skyline - brand new album on Anti records. Canadian Andy Shauf's music has such a beautiful MOR 70's feel and his voice is so soothing - wonderful sounding simple recording and excellent pressing.
This will be on the play list a lot this week. check him out.
