Great Music On Vinyl pressing - 180 gram 2 LPs 33 rpm.

Tight harmonics on the guitar and rhythmic percussion - this will show how tight your system performs.

This era is from when our Seattle scene got on the map in the early 90’s.

I have an original pressing - agree, wonderful album.

self titled 1st album from Gorillaz - original UK 2001 release. hard to believe this was 19 years ago!! does not feel like it.

Black Sabbath differently: Jazz Sabbath.

Very nicely jazzed Sabbath stuff, I like it. And great sound.

This album also features a hilarious made-up story about a band called Jazz Sabbath, also from Birmingham. It was about to release its first album in 1970, when the band leader was hospitalized due to a heart attack. The story goes on, that when he was released there was now this heavy metal band called Black Sabbath, which had released all his songs on their album, while his record company had burned down, his record destroyed, and the proprietor jailed for insurance fraud.

The story was released to the press with some outlets publishing it, and funnily enough some actual rock musicians played along telling their version of the “truth” in video interviews. For the attentive reader, there however are some clues on the back cover of the album, such as the record company’s name being “Rusty Bedspring Records”, and that the guy who bought the former studio building where the original tapes were found had set up a “vegan pet shop” in the building.

Quite hilarious actually.

Hank Mobley/ Poppin’ - coming from where the other Tone Poet releases came from.

Lots of the high SQ Tone Poet re-issues were originally recorded at Rudy van Gelder Studios in Hackensack NJ. The man really did us a service preserving a lots of superb jazz sessions in very high sound quality.

Bryan Ferry ‎– Boys And Girls + 12 inch of Is Your Love Strong Enough. Hot stamper US pressing of Boys and Girls sounds amazing. It took me forever to find Is Your Love Strong Enough on vinyl - it also has a nice instrumental version of Windswept.

Dead Can Dance ‎– Into The Labyrinth - original 1993 UK release - MPO pressing. wonderful pressing and sounding record.

New Order ‎– Low-life - original 1985 Aussie pressing and it sounds lean and mean - luv it If only this record could talk. record wear - BS - I have literally played this over 500 times and it still sounds awesome.

An absolutely all-time classic record.

Dead Can Dance ‎– The Serpent's Egg - original 1988 4AD UK release, MPO pressing. probably the last album DCD album with roots to their darker goth beginning before they slightly changed musically to their more world music beat
