Holly Cole is a long time favorite with her smoky alto on her namesake album, 33 rpm vinyl. Nice cover as well.

This is one of those albums that takes you back to your youth & just becoming an adult & from there the journey begins. Reminiscence, yearning, fear, joy etc, it all gets a glimpse from an artist that I think very highly of.This album is an exceptionally mastered piece & is one of my go to albums that I want to play in all moods. Today I was fifty miles from home in a fast car with 7 new albums & Shawn Mullins came on the radio. I dumped the new albums next to the KL Audio Cleaner, put this album on the platter, put the dial to 7.5 & grabbed a brewski.......thats gotta tell you something
