I saw a video/Reel of a customer who used the SCK-4 and Tube Blender on his new Avantgarde set up. I have not been able to find out much information on these units, maybe they are newish or information is kept close to the vest. Even using AI information was vague.

Here's what I know from the video and researching attempts. SCK-4 is a unit that allows the user to manipulate the sound stage, depth, width, the user even mentioned moving the vocalist. I'm not sure of any other options or features.

Tube Blender, this allows the user to dial in how much "tube effect" they want on the sound. I'm not sure how this is done. Do they offer their own amp or is it some type of tube buffer?

On one hand the purist in me is cringing, on the other hand I can see the appeal. Using a SCK-4 and the DSP you could potentially drop a set of AG in most any room. The Tube Blender idea isn't new some manufacturers offer both tube and solid state output, like Cary or older Peachtree. Tube buffers have been stand alone units. AG is the first to my knowledge to offer a way to dial in how much of the effect you wanted.

1. Anyone have additional information to add?
2. How do you feel about the options, would you like it or heresy?
3. If you've tried or heard either your thoughts?
